Applies to: Vasylynka Studio digital services and mobile game products
1. Digital Product Sales Are Final
All digital products and services provided by Vasylynka Studio — including mobile games, code, designs, or development hours — are non-refundable once the work has started or the product has been delivered or downloaded.
This is standard for digital content under EU and international consumer laws.
2. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may offer a refund only under the following conditions:
- You paid but did not receive the service/product due to our fault
- You received a non-working product and contacted support within 7 days
- You were double-charged or overbilled due to a technical error
All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the original purchase.
3. No Refunds For:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incompatibility with your device/system
- Failure to read the product description
- Services already started or completed
4. Service-Based Work
For custom game development, UI/UX design, or marketing services:
- You may cancel a service before work begins for a full refund
- After the project has started, only partial refunds are possible (based on completed phases and time spent)
- A project is considered started once the first milestone is delivered or design approved
